Relaxed Performance Pack 

Voorstelling: Malinconico, door Par Hasard op 18 en 19 maart 2024

1. Relaxed maatregelen 

In nauwe samenspraak met de speelplek voorziet Par Hasard volgende specifieke maatregelen die de de voorstelling zo toegankelijk mogelijk maken: 

• de voorstelling bevat voldoende herhalingen die de bezoeker toelaten de zaal gemakkelijk te verlaten en terug binnen te komen zonder te verdwalen in het verhaal 
• de bezoeker kan tijdens de duur van de voorstelling terecht in een ontspanningsruimte om even op adem te komen 
• een professionele tolk Vlaamse Gebarentaal (VGT) die gespecialiseerd is in artistieke gebarentaal en vertrouwd met wat er op de scène gebeurt 
• geprojecteerde bovenschriften (‘captions’) 
• geen harde geluiden of bonkende muziek 
• geen volledige black-outs, lichtflitsen of stroboscopen 
• geen gebruik van rookmachines of droogijs 

2. Publiek instructies 

Tijdens de voorstelling Malinconico staat het de bezoeker vrij om: 

• van plaats te veranderen, te bewegen, de zaal te verlaten en terugkomen wanneer gewenst - te praten, applaudisseren, zingen, enzoverder 
  te eten en drinken 
• ondersteunende objecten te gebruiken zoals bv. fidget toys 
• zich te laten begeleiden door hulpdieren 
• service animals zijn welkom en de theaters voorzien drinkbakken 

Er zijn suppoosten herkenbaar aanwezig die je graag helpen.

Relaxed Performance Pack 

Production: Malinconico by Par Hasard on 18 and 19 March 2024

1. Relaxed measures 

In close cooperation with the performance venue, Par Hasard takes the following specific measures aimed at making the production as accessible as possible: 

• the production contains sufficient repetitions to allow audience members to easily leave the theatre and return without losing the thread of the story
• during the performance, audience members have access to a relaxation space where they can take a time-out 
• a professional Flemish Sign Language (VGT) interpreter will be present who is specialised in artistic sign language and familiar with the content of the scenes 
• there are projected supertitles (‘captions’) 
• no loud noises or pounding music 
• no complete black-outs, flashing or strobe lights 
• no use of smoke machines or dry ice
•  

2. Instructions for the audience

During the performance of Malinconico, audience members are free to: 

• change places, move around, leave the theatre and return whenever they like – talk, applaud, sing, et cetera, eat and drink 
• use support objects such as fidget toys 
• be accompanied by support animals 
• service animals are welcome and drinking bowls are provided in the theatres

Theatre staff are present and easily recognisable, and are happy to provide help.
