Als beeldend kunstenaar en decorontwerper ontwikkelt Nadia Lauro haar werk al tientallen jaren in verschillende contexten (scenische ruimtes, landschapsarchitecturen, musea). Ze heeft decors, omgevingen en visuele installaties ontworpen met een sterke dramaturgische kracht, die nieuwe manieren van kijken en samenzijn genereren. Nadia Lauro heeft samengewerkt met veel internationale choreografen en performers. Ze ontving een New York Dance and Performance Award (The Bessie) voor haar visuele installatie in $Shot (Lacey/Lauro/Parkins/Cornell). Lauro heeft de installaties/voorstellingen bedacht: "Tu montes", "As Atletas", "I hear voices", "Garden of time" ontwikkeld in musea, theaterhuizen en kunstgaleries in Europa, Verenigde Staten, Japan en Korea.

As a visual artist and set designer, Nadia Lauro has been developing her work for several decades in various contexts (scenic spaces, landscape architectures, museums). She has conceived set designs, environments, and visual installations with strong dramaturgical power, thus generating new ways of seeing and being together. Nadia Lauro has collaborated with many international choreographers and performers.  Lauro received a New York Dance and Performance Award (The Bessie) for her visual installation in $Shot (Lacey/Lauro/Parkins/Cornell).
